THE SPRINGS AT HIGH ROCK

Here you have a restricted, gated community , boat storage on site, clubhouse with long views of high rock lake and sunsets like no other. Yachtsman’s Point, also located on high rock lake is approx. 290 acres, with home sites available from waterfront with individual and shared docks to interior properties with heavily wooded home sites. This community is also home to SKIPJACK HARBOR AT YACHTSMAN POINT. This is a gated access marina with slips available for yearly lease both to Yachtsman Point homeowners and the general public.

The marina is gated and private access cards are required. All homeowners have keycards for the community and have access to the boat launch, and dock. If you’re a boating enthusiast, but waterfront  is out of your reach this may be your answer. The community offers a beautiful pool, gazebo for private gatherings and walking trails for those slow and easy afternoons.

THE POINTE AT HIGH ROCK 

Located just across the street from High Rock Lake, The Pointe, offers a very affordable lifestyle for those that want to enjoy lake access. This community consists of approx 1 acre lots with boat storage and a community boat launch, both of which front the lake.

Location is just minutes from 1-85 \granting easy access to Greensboro, Winston, Charlotte, Salisbury and other areas of the Piedmont. If a larger tract of property is what you are looking for, tracts up to 10 acres are now available. But you’d better hurry, they won’t last long!  Restrictions are in place for minimum of 1400 sq ft gla.
