Every summer, between Memorial Day Sunday and Labor Day Sunday, the High Rock Lake Ministry holds a 30 minute non-denominational worship service at their shelter on Abbott's Creek. This is an open air service that begins at 9:00 am each Sunday and is open to all. Seating is provided and several other activities occur throughout the summer, connected to the ministry. The shelter is located at 685 Shoreline Drive. Many refer to this as the flip-flop church, because very casual attire is welcome. Larry Watson
