The Springs at High Rock is a private, gated waterfront community located on High Rock Mountain on High Rock Lake, with over 100 homes and growing. Our community operates with volunteers who serve on various committees to provide a wide range of amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pool, walking paths, and community piers with lake access.
We take pride in our natural beauty, serenity, and exclusivity to High Rock Mountain and ample access to High Rock Lake. Our community has a rich history dating back to the revolutionary war, with early endeavors including a health resort and later development into the current community. As a gated community, we care about our neighbors and their property. Our Security Team works closely with local law enforcement to ensure our safety. As part of Neighborhood Watch, we ask each neighbor to keep a mindful eye. If suspicious activity is noted, it should be immediately repoorted.
