OUR AMENITIES
Most people dream to vacation in a spot like The Springs. We live here.

Our Clubhouse

Pool & Hot Tub
Our pool is located on the back side of the clubhouse. Changing rooms, showers, sun trellis, and extensive pool decking overlooking High Rock Lake make for an ideal way to spend the day with family and guests.

To gain access to the pool and hot tub area you must have an electronic card, Proximity Card, to open the gate. Download Pool Access Proximity Card Rules and Application from the Document Downloads page of our website, complete the application, and return it via email to the Recreational Facilities Committee. Proximity cards are to be used by the cardholders and their immediate family members (property owners, their adult children, and parents with a LIMIT OF 4 GUESTS). All guests must be escorted by the property owner.

Hours of operation: Weather permitting, the pool and hot tub are open daily from 10 AM to sunset. Opening and closing dates of the pool and hot tub vary each season depending on the weather and will be posted in our newsletter.

The pool and hot tub remain open to Property Owners when the Clubhouse is in use.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts
The Springs now enjoys top-notch court surfaces on the tennis and pickleball courts due to a complete overhaul in 2023. Many Property Owners enjoy pickleball at a competitive level and together as a community, we rallied to reconstruct the courts and add pickleball-specific lines. Today we sport one regulation tennis court and four pickleball courts. And what a view!
Hours of operation: Courts may be used during daylight hours.
Special notes: No pets on the courts at any time. And court shoes only. Leave the courts as you found them.
Boat Storage, Ramp & Piers
The boat ramp area, located off Healing Springs Drive, allows easy access for launching boats in High Rock Lake.

The Springs provides a locked and enclosed, 2-acre, graveled boat storage facility. To store your watercraft and trailer in our storage area, you must register, obtain and display decals for them by downloading the Application for Boat/Watercraft/Trailer Decal form from the Document Downloads page of our website. Complete the application and return it as directed on the form.

Regulations for the use of the day slips can be found on the Document Downloads page of our website: Community Dock Regulations under “Piers.” The document covers watercraft decals as well as restrictions on glass containers, dogs, smoking, fires, smoking, explosives, fueling, swimming from the docks, vehicle/trailer parking, and much more.
Day-Slip Usage: All day-slip piers are available for use by members in good standing. Four of the eight common area slips at Docks 2 and 3 and all five common area slips at Dock 1 will not have overnight mooring privileges and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The other four common area slips at Docks 2 and 3 will have overnight mooring privileges that will be allocated on an equitable basis to members in good standing requesting usage for up to 4 weeks if they are willing to accept the additional rules associated with overnight mooring.

Tranquility Lakes & Trails
Tranquility Lakes has two large ponds (one with an fountain-like aerator), and three smaller ponds. An asphalt walking trail circles through the woods, around the ponds and wetlands, and cross the bridges and over the causeway to complete the loop.
Fishing is permitted in all ponds with appropriate state fishing licenses. Fishing pods are available at the upper pond.

Limited parking exists near the main pond. You're welcome to park a vehicle at the start of the path at Wylie Trail.

It's a great place to explore with your family. Walk the asphalt trail cautiously as it tends to get slick due to moss growth in some areas.
Cascade Creek Recreational Area
Cascade Creek Park is a beautiful, serene area of The Springs with two ponds, woods, a firepit, and a picnic area with a fireplace and gazebo. There is a walking path, but it is rather undefined. The path starts close to the picnic area, goes up the hill, around where the upper pond used to be, and meanders down the other side of the pond. Although the path is rather unbeaten, nature provides quite a show. There is a lovely assortment of plants near and in the water – some of which are native to North Carolina. There you can find pickerelweed with the big, heart-shaped leaf; a clump of rushes; some jewelweed; and some spreading dayflowers creeping around the pond’s edge to name a few. The evergreen bushes along the path include a rhododendron that bursts with blooms in the spring.
If you decide to take a stroll on the path or just along the road, there is a parking spot provided for your convenience.
