Hello, we are ... The Springs at High Rock

The Springs at High Rock is a private, gated community located on High Rock Mountain adjacent to High Rock Lake, with over 500 wooded properties and 100+ homes. 

Our community operates through an HOA and volunteers who serve on various committees. A wide range of amenities available to HOA members, include a clubhouse, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pool, walking paths, private fishing ponds and community piers with lake access.

The Springs at High Rock is a gated residential community in Davidson County, North Carolina, governed by a homeowners association (HOA). As an HOA, The Springs at High Rock Homeowners Association, Inc. is responsible for managing shared amenities, enforcing community standards, and maintaining the overall quality and value of the neighborhood.

Our Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of The Springs at High Rock Lake; and it is responsible for executing the governing documents including the covenants, by laws and restrictions governing the property use at The Springs.

Our Covenants & By Laws

 The Restrictive Covenants are binding and set the defined course and expectations for the Homeowners Association and its Members. They were established in 1995 and are filed with the Davidson County Register of Deeds.

Our Volunteers

The Board works closely with, and relies heavily upon, its Functional Areas / Committees.  Like the Board, these unpaid volunteers serve on committees in the best interest of The Springs community and its HOA Members.
