We've recently enabled the gate at the top of the stairs from the pool to the Clubhouse. And added new furniture to both the Pool & Hot Tub area and the Clubhouse deck to provide more comfortable seating, additional tables, and extra shade for everyone to enjoy. The Springs Boat/RV Storage Area may be accessed by authorized HOA members who use a space in the area. The gate code changes annually and storage users are notified the last week of the year of the change via email. HOA Members must be in good standing to use this amenity. We offer vehicle decals that are unique to The Springs community. The decals help all of us recognize fellow property owners, and they provide another layer of security. Decals are only for vehicles normally parked inside the community and are only available to residents and lot owners.
