Educational Session: Elections Explained: What the By-Laws Say

Join neighbors (at the clubhouse or via a Google meeting) for an engaging one-hour educational session focused on understanding the by-laws of The Springs at High Rock Homeowners Association, the election process for Board members and the use of online and electronic voting. 

This session will review how these processes were established, the structure they provide for community governance, and why they are essential for fair and effective participation. Whether you’re a new property owner/HOA member or a long-timer, this discussion will offer clear, practical insight into how your HOA operates and how you can stay informed and involved. 

This session is not interpretive; it is grounded in the by-laws themselves and their established facts, and will be led by HOA member and volunteer, Dan Swanson.
