How do I access the Boat Storage Area?

The Springs Boat/RV Storage Area may be accessed by authorized HOA members who use a space in the area. The gate code changes annually and storage users are notified the last week of the year of the change via email.

HOA Members must be in good standing to use this amenity. Space is very limited, therefore if approved and space is available, each lot may use a PWC or a boat or an RV space.

A boat/PWC is described as a boat and trailer or a PWC and trailer. Any craft in the storage area must have a visible SHR-issue decal. At no time are utility trailers to be parked or stored in this area.
