Keeping The Springs Tidy (Mowing & Clubhouse Cleaning)

Notice the spit and shine throughout our community as the greenways and common areas are mowed on a regular schedule (weather permitting). Rocky Cove and Sierra Trace roadways are mowed on alternating weeks on Mondays and Tuesdays while the Hwy 8 entrance to Tranquility Ponds and the Clubhouse grounds are mowed on Fridays. Other areas are mowed every six weeks or monthly.

The Clubhouse and Locker Rooms will receive deep cleaning every month - check the calendar for specific dates and times. Additionally the Member Services team is in the process of purging and reorganizing the Clubhouse areas. (Posted from the June 5, 2026 email communication)
