New Gated Access to Clubhouse Deck to/from the Pool Area

We've recently enabled the gate at the top of the stairs from the pool to the Clubhouse. And added new furniture to both the Pool & Hot Tub area and the Clubhouse deck to provide more comfortable seating, additional tables, and extra shade for everyone to enjoy.

During normal pool hours (10:00 AM until sunset), the gate connecting the Clubhouse deck and the Pool & Hot Tub area will be operational for HOA members with a valid pool fob. Going down use your pool fob, coming up is a "pull-up" on the child lock.

For everyone’s safety, please use extra caution when using the stairs. Pool stairs and surrounding areas can become slippery when wet, increasing the risk of slips and falls. Please supervise children at all times accordingly. We encourage you to take advantage of these enhanced amenities while enjoying time with family and friends.

Please note that when the Clubhouse is reserved for a private rental, the gate between the Clubhouse deck and the pool area will be locked and your fob will not work. A Clubhouse rental includes use of the rear deck to provide privacy for the scheduled event; however the pool is NOT included as part of the rental, nor is access from the deck to the pool.

As a reminder, the pool and hot tub may only be used during the stated normal pool hours (10AM until sunset). Also, HOA members may bring up to four guests per property, and the HOA member must remain present while their guests are using the pool and/or hot tub facilities.

Thank you for helping us care for these shared amenities and for making The Springs at High Rock a welcoming place for everyone.
